MEMBERSHIP

On payment of your membership fee, you acknowledge that it is a condition of your membership with World Taekwondo/Oriental Sports Academy that you are required to comply with all rules, procedures and policies of the Academy and you agree to do so fully understanding that your failure to do so may result in your membership being discontinued.

PRIVACY
You acnkowledge that we collect different types of personal information depending on the nature of our engagement with you. The primary purpose of collecting your personal information is to service you as a member; this includes communicating event and service information that directly relates to your membership with us.

GOOD SPORTS
This policy outlines our procedures for a balanced and responsible approach to the service, supply, consumption and promotion of alcohol at club games, special events, functions and all club-related activities. It represents our club’s commitment to its members, volunteers and visitors, acknowledging the role that sporting clubs and associations play in building strong and healthy communities. CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour our club expects all our Instructors, Assistant Instructors, Members, Volunteers and and parents of child participants to comply with when participating or attending any club acivity and event. Sanctions are in place for breaching these Codes and determined based on the nature of the breach.
