My name is Wahid Halimee, I am an expert in the field of martial arts. In particular, the traditional style of Taekwondo and close combat self defence Hapkido.
In 1996, I co-founded the World Taekwondo School of martial arts and the Oriental Sports Academy Australia with my partner Master Instructor Carol Halimee .
I would like to introduce to you our unique approach to teaching martial arts. A system we created that boosts your confidence, and help you become active, lean, fit, and strong.
We are both graduates in health and physical education and individually we have more than four decades of experience helping people of all ages gain incredible results by following our unique, scientifically based martial arts training program.

There are many martial arts programs out there today that make many claims. But how can you ascertain what works and what won't. Well, we have done the hack work for you. Just by following our time tested three steps system you can be assured of positive and amazing results.

Step 1: Get started now
Visit our website, fill in an enrolment form. Our form is simple and it is not a contract that binds you to anything other than joining the club. You can start and stop at any time. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
Only last week we had an enthusiastic person join the club online. She was so keen to get started and booked her first lesson on a Thursday night at the Henley Beach training centre. Unfortunately, just as she was getting ready to come to class she slipped at her home and hurt her leg. So for the next four to five weeks she can't attend classes while she is receiving treatment. Putting her membership on hold was as easy as sending an email. That easy!

Step 2: Attend classes
You will learn step by step what to do and almost immediately begin to feel fitter and more confident. Learning the basic moves is fun. We introduce them to you at a suitable pace that will guarantee your progression. Many new beginners, even those who have sadly had negative experiences with other martial arts clubs comment positively about the way we do things in World Taekwondo.
We take each step at the right time and move you at a pace that stretches your learning while you have fun getting fit and staying strong.

Step 3: Give training a chance to sink in.
It usually takes only 2 to 4 sessions for your body to get used to the exercise. You owe to yourself to give your self the chance to get the most out of the program and we promise you will get the benefit multi fold.
