We teach children to be confident and to look confident and strong.
We teach them how to react quickly and respond decisively in the face of dangerous situations.
They learn to overcome obstacles exactly in the same way they learn to break boards with their bare feet.

WORLD HAPKIDO PROGRAM
Our gentle style Hapkido was introduced to Australia during the ninties by our late Grand Master Cha Sok Park. Hapkido can literally be translated as follows:
HAP = Together
KI = Internal energy combining mental and physical power
DO = Way or Style
Learn to harmonise your instinct with your own body power. Use kicks, strikes, throws, grasps and weapons on pressure points, joints and other vital organs.
