Founder and Chief Instructor

Grand Master Wahid Halimee has a teaching degree in health and physical education.
1965 – Began training in Shotokan Karate and Judo in Lebanon.
1976 – Began training ITF taekwondo in Adelaide South Australia under Vernon Low.
1980 – Studied Taekwondo with Grand Master Cha Sok Park in USA.
1984 – Studied Hapkido and stick-fighting skills with Grand Master Cha Sok Park in USA.
1990 – Studied with Great Grand Master Won Kook Lee founder of Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo.
1993 – Founded World Taekwondo in Australia.
1996 – Studied Taekwondo under Master Lee Sung Jae in Malaysia.
1996 – Sent Black Belt (Rowland Mc Ghabahn) to Nenagh, Ireland to start World Taekwondo classes.

Dan Promotions
1997 - 5th Dan Black Belt under Grand Master Won Kook Lee – founder Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo.
1999 - Gained the Rank of 5th Dan in Kumdo from Korea Martial Kumdo Federation.
2002 – Gained the rank of 6th Dan Black Belt Master in WTF style Taekwondo.
2007 - Gained the rank of International 6th Dan Hapkido.
2010 - Gained the Rank of Grand Master 7th Dan WTF Style Taekwondo.

Citations
1999 – Citation for dedication and promotion of Taekwondo from the President of the WTF.
2004 – Citation Pan American Taekwondo Union President for development of Taekwondo in Australia.
2010 - Presented with an Official International Recognition Plaque from Grand Master Hae Man Park.

International Events
1997 - Hosted the 1st International Taekwondo & Hapkido Training Seminar by GM Park in Adelaide.
1998 – Visited Ireland to conduct Ireland’s 1st official Black Belt test.
1998 - Hosted the 2nd International Taekwondo & Hapkido Training Seminar by GM Park in Adelaide.
1999 - Intensive Program in Kumdo and Hapkido with Yong In University Master Lee M H.
1999 - Hosted the 3rd International Taekwondo & Hapkido Training Seminar by GM Park in Adelaide.
2001 - Seoul Korea, training at the Kukkiwon and the Taegeukbong Weapons Academy.
2001 - Hosted the 4th International Taekwondo & Hapkido Training Seminar by GM Park in Adelaide.
2002 – Completed prescribed Course of International Instructor Training in Cheonan-Si, Korea
2003 - Hosted the 5th International Taekwondo & Hapkido Training Seminar by GM Park in Adelaide.
2003 - Celebrated 10th Year anniversary of World Taekwondo in Australia.
2004 - Hosted the 1st International Taekwondo Instructor Course by GM Park in Adelaide.
2004 - Co-presenter with GM Cha Sok Park to New Zealand Taekwondo HQ.
2005 – Visited Lebanon to meet President of Lebanese Taekwondo Association.
2006 – 6th Pan American Taekwondo Union Special Technical Seminar at Pine Resort, Seoul Korea.
2007 – International Instructor Course in Korea Hapkido Martial Federation.
2008 - Visited ITF HQ in Vienna and exchanged techniques with Master Kim Chol Gyu.
2008 - 10th Anniversary of World Taekwondo in Ireland, demonstrating the continued growth.
2009 - Visited President of Kukkiwon with GM Hae Man Park, Master Yoon-Ahm Shin.
2009 - Hosted International Seminar in Adelaide with GM Hae Man Park & Kwon Young Woon.
2010 – Completed Korean Taekwondo Training Course in Juseong University, Korea.
2011 - Chief Examiner World Taekwondo, since 1998.

Positions Held
1997 – Delegate to inaugural convention of Martial Arts Federation for World Peace in Washington DC.
1997 – Chief Instructor Oriental Sports Academy Australia – Appointed by Grand Master Cha Sok Park
1998 - President World Chung Do Federation Australia.
1999 – An official delegate at the Sydney Olympic trials with GM Cha Sok Park.
2001 – Founded the World Hapkido Academy in South Australia.
2007- Official representative in Australia and Ireland for World Hapkido Martial Arts Federation.
2008 - Appointed as a member of the International Advisory Committee to Kukkiwon.
2011- Appointed Australia’s official representative for Kowat Alrami Sports & Self Defence Styles.
