Nothing Could Stand In My Way
July, 4 2016

I started World Taekwondo training because I love fighting if there ever was to be more than one fight that involves me I'm hoping with all the skills and techniques that I have learnt over the years that I'll be the one that will end that fight not start it.

My aim was that black belt and nothing could sand in my way.

Training has helped me in many significant ways most of all will be my confidence level that has increased substantially, secondly it has definitely made my body more flexible. It has strengthened lots of weak areas and helped me recover and overcome injuries quicker. When ever mentioned at work or between family and friend of the type of training I do there is always that exiting expression across there faces followed by half a dozen questions.

My favourite part of training is sparring it brings you that one step closer of being in a real life situation where you will have to engage all your training techniques into one outcome (think quickly, apply fast, execute with precision). I also love the self defence techniques and if applied correctly can save your life with minimum effort.

Nothing that a side kick can't fix!

The Black belt is important to me because it's that satisfying level of achievement, being a black belt is a state of mind and attitude. My aim was that black belt and nothing could sand in my way.
